Last month (June), i attended a chocolate making course using belgian recipe as the basic ingredients...and the result was awesome looking chocolates...unfortunately, i don't have most of the moulds yet...sigh....anyway, orders are most welcomed....!!!!!!!

Raya Hampers and contents

This year will be my 3rd year of supplying Raya hampers and such....and I mean, the contents of hamper baskets.......

Anyone looking into placing orders for Raya, please feel free to call me. I normally prepare them according to your budget......as prices of things has increased tremendously, I try not to fix any amount.....but it will include, among others; kurma, serunding, agar-agar kering, chocolates and cookies. If your budget is bigger, then I will include fruit cakes, drinks etc and I plan to put in some other delicacies, which I will update in my blog later.

For those who have been supporting me all these while, thank you very, very much...... This year, I hope to put the photos of types of cookies I will be supplying......keep visiting this blog...!!!

Chocolate Fountain

Enhance your parties or gatherings with chocolate fountains......you'll be amazed at how many "oohs" and "aahs" will come out from your guests' mouths (he, he). Even those who are diet watchers cannot resist indulging in chocolates cascading from a 3-tiered fountain....oops, sorry, I have got no photos yet but I do give them out for rental.

You can just rent the fountain, buy the chocolates and prepare your own dippings, or...., you can ask me to prepare everything, ie, the fountain, the chocolates, the dippings and even the delivery and collection (of course, everything at a cost).

Just call me for for quotation.......!!!!

My cupcakes

Have been so busy lately........didn't even remember that tomorrow (Friday) is Teacher's Day!!!! Ooops, it 's already Thursday today!!!

Aliah & Azmi dok bugging their mama for gifts, I said, "OK, why don't we just give your teachers some cupcakes?" Apa lagi......I took out my mixer and started mixing the ingredients.....at abt 9pm just now , I finished decorating and packed them into see-thru boxes.

Happy teacher's day to Puan Kay, Puan Nazlina, Ustaz Fauzan, Puan Hayati & En Fazli.

Aargh! I have to make some more next week for Ariff's teachers!!!!! Pity my eldest son, he's having exams now, so the teacher's day celeb will be next week......

Can't remember I made these for who.........these are chocolate cake based cupcakes. Oh yes, terlupa pulak, for cupcakes, you can have chocolate cake, butter cake, chocolate chips cake or carrot cake as base. The souffle cup has a diameter of 4.5cm





Made these for my son's birthday, Azmi & for a neighbor's daughter...........
Azmi wanted a football theme but there's a clash becoz he is an MU fan while my husband's a Liverpool fan. So, I've decided that this is the best solution, heh, heh, heh....... anyway, it was not aliah's birthday yet but she always sibuk-sibuk when I decorate cupcakes, so, this is the result.....
